For more than 10 years, I co-owned and operated Endocrinology, Diabetes & Longevity Center of Arizona, which grew to include an integrative weight loss clinic, medispa, and two medical office buildings in the Greater Phoenix area. Recently, I sold my business interests in the related medical practices.

As a result of this sales process, I witnessed firsthand the challenges and pitfalls facing physicians and healthcare business owners when selling their healthcare business. Marta Sepulveda, MD

Director of Operations / Business Broker

With more than 27 years of diverse healthcare experience, Marta Sepulveda, MD, was previously the CEO of Hospital General Medellin, the leading public hospital in Latin America.  Dr. Sepulveda oversaw an annual operating budget of $64 million and approximately 1,800 employees.

As Director of Operations, Dr. Sepulveda oversees, analyzes, and improves our business processes.  She implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations and leads the marketing department and administrative staff, ensuring each is reaching goals set by company leadership.

Additionally, Dr. Sepulveda screens all incoming leads and works closely with qualified buyers regarding our listing inventory.  She speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

When not working, Dr. Sepulveda enjoys traveling, sailing, scuba diving, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Kyle Womeldorff

Associate Business Broker

I’m originally from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and graduated from Boise State University, but got to Arizona as fast as I could! I’ve been in healthcare sales since 2014, with most of that time also being involved with real estate.​

This industry is important to me as I come from a family of medical professionals, but never had the courage to put the gloves on myself. What I found early on in my career was that I had this ability to use my business acumen to help the clinicians I admired run their operations efficiently. Most of my sales experience comes from working for companies that leveled the playing field for independent clinicians against large corporations, so have been in a consultative role advising on revenue generation and expense management since I moved to Arizona in 2017.​

I personally enjoy anything outdoors including hiking, golfing, snowboarding, or hanging out with my mini aussie Copper. For the remainder of my time, you can typically find me lifting heavy weights or reading self development books to fine tune my skillsets.

Executive Assistant

Vanessa is a proactive professional with demonstrated expertise in customer-driven management,
entrepreneurial leadership, and long-term planning. She has more than eight years of experience in
numerous administrative areas, coaching, and client interactions.

She has concentrated on overseeing operations and managing customer accounts. Vanessa is a results- driven person with a BA in English and experience in finance, company reengineering, and fast growth. Vanessa identifies as a people person who is enthusiastic about languages and wants to broaden her cultural perspective.

Vanessa has joined the Strategic Medical Brokers team as our executive assistant. She will be creating and enhancing workflow processes to help our clients.

Vanessa puts forth a lot of effort, and her optimistic outlook inspires others to advance and do well. Every day, Vanessa is inspired by her family and friends. She likes to read, listen to music, and exercise with her husband in her spare time.


Martha Gonzalez

Marketing Coordinator

Martha is a Chemical Engineer with a master’s degree in Marketing , with 30+ years of experience in the areas of business development, sales & marketing, new product planning, and the process of bringing new products or services to market.  She possesses a deep understanding of various business models to serve different customer segments including B2B & B2C.

Martha has been working at Strategic Medical Brokers in the marketing research department for the past two years, and now she will be working as Marketing Coordinator.

When is not working, she enjoys traveling and making crafts.
