REQUIREMENTS
What it Takes
We are looking for a born “hunter” with a keen sense of urgency and a knack for white-glove customer service.
Minimum Required:
This is a 100% COMMISSION-BASED role with exceptional earning potential.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited business school
- 5+ years of experience as a healthcare sales/operations professional across diverse healthcare environments engaging in:
- Driving medical practice operations
- Client services
- Staff supervision
- Proven sales and marketing track record reaching decision-makers
- Strong relationship building
- Expertise in consultative selling and selling value
- Ability to qualify leads
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven closer
- Must be able to travel on occasion
Preferred:
- MHA/MBA
- Real Estate License
The position will take several months to set up the commission base and require financial resources and time to invest in the startup period. If hired, it is expected you’ll have the financial resources to cover personal financial expenses for at least one year.

JOB DUTIES
What You Can Expect Day-to-Day
Building relationships with small and medium-sized healthcare owners, you’ll consult and assist them to prepare their business to be confidentially listed. Once the medical practice is listed, other core responsibilities include sourcing and screening buyers, negotiating the offer, and coordinating due diligence and closing. Core responsibilities include:
- Finding owners that are looking to sell their medical practice
- Determining the value of the medical practice • Site visit to meet client, view facility, and collect information.

- Draft a comprehensive summary of the practice opportunity
- Prompt communication with prospective buyers
- Attending buyer/seller meetings (virtual / in-person)
- Negotiating and deal structuring with buyer and seller
- Management of due diligence process
- Transaction management through closing
- Engage in ad hoc projects as needed
