The physician owner needed to abruptly sell her practice due to family health issues. Her goal was to sell her practice within 90 days.

3) What services did you perform for the client?

We performed a valuation of the practice and developed an aggressive marketing plan. The client engaged us to represent them in the sale of their Internal Medicine practice.

4) What were the clients’ biggest accomplishments or successes when they worked with you?

We were able to secure a buyer for the practice within 3 weeks of our engagement and closed 3 weeks later. Because the practice sold so quickly, the Buyer was able to have the Seller remain on staff for a 30-day patient transition. The physician owner was able to meet her objective of caring for her family within 90 days of engaging our firm.
