Drawing from a rich background spanning 31 years in healthcare, Marta held the CEO position at Hospital General Medellin, Latin America’s top public hospital. Now, as the Director of Operations at SMB, she diligently manages, assesses, and refines our business strategies.
As Director of Operations, Dr. Sepulveda oversees, analyzes, and improves our business processes. She implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations and leads the marketing department and administrative staff, ensuring each is reaching goals set by company leadership.
Additionally, Dr. Sepulveda screens all incoming leads and works closely with qualified buyers regarding our listing inventory. She speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
When not working, Dr. Sepulveda enjoys traveling, sailing, scuba diving, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
